Q: How is the “HX” model different from the standard “X” model?

A: The HX (High-performance) series features enhanced hardware for better heat dissipation and higher data processing stability, making it more reliable for full-load 10G transmission compared to standard units.

Q: Can I power this device and still have PoE budget for my cameras?

A: Yes. When powered by a high-power PoE++ source (60W/90W) from a central switch, the RU uses a small portion for itself and passes the remaining budget to the 8 downlink ports.

Q: Does it support standard 10G SFP+ modules?

A: Absolutely. It is fully compatible with Huawei original 10G SFP+ optical transceivers and DAC cables for short or long-distance fiber links.
