Fiberolt.com inspects and tests all products, such as transceivers comparability & TX power & GPON OLT firmware before warehousing, and second-time test before delivery to our customers; meanwhile we choose reliable and high-reputation optical component factories to guarantee the products quality.
SFP Transceiver Test
For data communication optical modules, we will do DDM test and alarm test on the corresponding switch before delivery.
GPON OLT Test
Before storing products in our warehouse, we examine OLT chassis appearance and power it on to confirm work well; for GPON board, we test its GPON module TX power. Before shipping, we test all configured board with OLT subrack together, and issue out a test report.
Qualified Factory
For fiber optical products like patch cord / splitter / connector and ODF, we make field inspections to many factories to choose high-quality and competitive-price products.
Warranty
All products that we send to our customers are carefully inspected and fully tested, additionally, all come with 1 year warranty. If products have failure or hardware issue in the warranty period, we support return&replace after our technical team checking; If beyond the guarantee, we can also provide assistance to locate the problem and try to propose solution (for details, please refer to Return Instruction)
