Return Instruction

Our products are plug-and-play due to our sound quality assurance system, but there still will be some potential issues which we cannot 100% guarantee that you are satisfied with each item received. You may occasionally encounter the situation where the goods are failed, so we support Return Material Authorization of non-human-induced quality problems within 1 year warranty.

Faulty Analysis

Please contact with your sales account manager to analyze the problem. Provide your PI No. and Series No. of the faulty product, and share the related pictures or videos with us.

RMA Application

If the problem is hardware damaged or cannot be fixed by remotely supporting, you may launch the RMA application, your sales account manager will submit you RMA form to fill.

Return Shipment

The product will be shipped back once the RMA application approved, you can ship the cargo back to our appointed address or we can arrange our forwarder to pick up at your address.

Problem Resolution

Our professional technical team will assess the faulty product and your sales account manager will negotiate with you: repair, replace or refund.
